M&S Fresh & Bubbly Sparkling is an alcohol-free sparkling wine made from de-alcoholised German white wine. De-alcoholised means the base wine is fermented to full strength first, then the alcohol is removed before bottling. On the palate, it is refreshing with a green apple character.
