M&S Strawberry & Basil Botanical is an alcohol-free distilled botanical spirit. Ripe strawberries are blended with basil to give it a fruity, floral character. Underneath sit juniper, pink pepper, coriander and lavender, the kind of botanicals more often found in gin, kept light here. It is made by distillation rather than infusion.
