It runs through a triple distillation over seven days, with nine natural botanicals among them juniper berries, cardamom hearts, fresh rosemary and Sicilian citrus peels, and no artificial additives. The aroma is herbaceous, with rosemary and thyme slightly to the fore and a touch of citrus and juniper behind them. To taste it carries fresh citrus, warm spices and a little heat.
