Nittenauer Alkoholfreies Weissbier is an alcohol-free Weissbier from Nittenauer Brauhaus in Nittenau. The brewery uses selected wheat and barley malts from regional cultivation, with Citra and Hallertauer Tradition hops and a Spezialhefe (a specialist wheat beer yeast). Hazy golden in the glass with a creamy white foam head, it has a soft banana aroma. The flavour is refreshing and fruity, with ripe banana and a trace of clove, and the beer is well carbonated. Served at 6 to 8 degrees Celsius, it suits outdoor occasions such as cycling trips.
