Stripped Craft is an alcohol-free ale from Nogne, a brewery in Grimstad in southern Norway. It starts as the brewery's classic blonde beer, with freshly squeezed lime juice added and left to mature before the alcohol is taken out at the end. The lime gives it a tart citrus edge, set against the sweet malt of the beer underneath.
