Nomora Cuvée Blanc is an award-winning alcohol-free sparkling wine produced in Italy. It is dealcoholised, meaning the wine is fermented to full strength in stainless steel and then has its alcohol removed. The aroma carries floral character, white-fleshed fruit, apple and citrus. On the palate it is marked by a sharp acidity and a fine perlage, the steady stream of small bubbles. Nomora also makes a Cuvée Rosé.
