Nomora Cuvée Blanc is an alcohol-free sparkling white wine from the Veneto region of Italy, made from a blend of Glera and Moscato grapes. The alcohol is removed through vacuum distillation, a process that operates at reduced pressure to lower the boiling point and protect the delicate aromatics of the wine. The flavour has a floral character, with notes of jasmine, acacia, green apple, and white peach. It sits alongside the brand's Cuvée Rosé, an AF sparkling rosé from the same range.
