Nomora Cuvée Rosé is an award-winning alcohol-free sparkling rosé made in Italy from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Merlot. It is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, then dealcoholised, meaning the wine is made at full strength before the alcohol is taken out. The Merlot in the blend gives it its rosé colour. Nomora also makes a Cuvée Blanc.
