Pierre Chavin Cabernet Merlot is an alcohol-free red wine made in France, part of the Chavin Zéro range. It starts as a finished wine and is then dealcoholised: the alcohol is drawn off using a gentle vacuum distillation process, which removes it at low temperature so the character of the original wine survives the treatment. It is an award-winning red.
