The REAL Mixed Slow Fermented Sparkling Tea Case brings together two alcohol-free sparkling teas from the REAL Kombucha range: Dry Dragon, based on Dragonwell green tea, and Royal Flush, based on First Flush Darjeeling. Both are slow-fermented from loose-leaf teas rather than added flavourings. The fermentation process produces an acidity and structure closer to sparkling wine than a typical kombucha.
