The botanical selection draws on Mexican flavour references: damiana flower, a herb native to Mexico historically associated with agave spirits, is paired with prickly pear, lime, and agave, while peppercorn provides a gentle heat on the finish intended to replicate the characteristic warmth of a traditional tequila serve. The expression is designed for cocktail applications, particularly non-alcoholic Margaritas and Palomas.
