Apple Cider Low Alcohol
A Herefordshire AF cider made from bittersweet apples including Dabinett, matured in old oak vats.
About This Drink
Stowford Press Apple Cider Low Alcohol is the alcohol-free version of the Stowford Press range, made by Westons at Much Marcle in Herefordshire. The recipe uses a blend of bittersweet apple varieties including Dabinett, Michelin and Yarlington Mill, all sourced from orchards within 50 miles of the mill. Matured in old oak vats and made without artificial colouring, flavouring or sweetening, it is described by the brand as medium dry. Master Cider Maker Guy Lawrence oversaw the blending with the specific brief of matching the character of the full-strength cider.
