Strongwater Paloma is an alcohol-free take on the Paloma, one of mid-century Mexico's well-loved cocktails. It is made in Colorado, where the water is purified by reverse osmosis, filtered to remove impurities before the drink is built. Red and pink grapefruit juice gives it its citrus base, and a little capsaicin, the compound behind chilli heat, adds a gentle warmth. The carbonation is fine, with champagne-sized bubbles.
