Trzech Kumpli BezalkØ Raspberry Cold Brew Sour Ale is a Polish alcohol-free sour beer, with its first batch produced in December 2024. Top-fermented and brewed with a cold brew process for the coffee (meaning the coffee grounds are steeped in cold water rather than heated), it also contains caffeine. On the nose, there is nutty-chocolatey coffee alongside juicy raspberry. The palate is smooth and velvety, with raspberry freshness and subtle roasted coffee. The finish rounds off with ripe raspberry and soft coffee.
