Proper Job IPA 0.5% is an alcohol-free IPA from St Austell Brewery in Cornwall, developed to match the hop-forward character of the original Proper Job. The brewing team spent over two years on the recipe. Rather than removing alcohol after brewing, the process limits the amount of alcohol produced during fermentation itself. Citrus and grapefruit flavours come from Chinook, Willamette, and Cascade hops.
