Wilfred's Non-Alcoholic Aperitif is an award-winning alcohol-free spirit made by Wilfreds Drinks Limited and meant to be drunk as an aperitif. Its botanical base centres on rosemary and bittersweet orange, distilled and extracted, which means the flavours are both drawn off through distillation and steeped from the plants. The recipe took 18 months and more than 100 versions to settle on. The aroma carries mint and anise, while the taste leans into clove and cinnamon. Mixed with tonic it makes an alcohol-free spritz.
