Wolf Blass Zero Sparkling NV is an alcohol-free sparkling wine from Australia. Made as a non-vintage cuvée, meaning a selected blend from multiple harvests, it comes with a traditional cork closure and has good textural weight and genuine bubbles. On the nose: dried pears, caramelized peaches, cut straw, brioche and nutty characters. The palate shows a good balance of sweetness and acidity, with dried pears, grilled pineapple, creamy and nutty characters.
