ALT. is a Norwegian producer making a focused range of alcohol-free sparkling wines. The company, Nolo Nordic AS, operates from Rjukan in Norway, using certified organic grapes from La Mancha in southern Spain. Their Blanc de Blancs and Sparkling Rosé are fermented conventionally then de-alcoholised using vacuum distillation at low temperature — a careful process that preserves character without artificial flavourings. An Orange Spritz rounds out the range. The wines are Debio certified organic, fully vegan, and 0.0% ABV. Distribution in the UK runs through specialist AF retailers including Dry Drinker and The Alcohol Free Co.
