This variant takes the Jelly King non-alc base and adds heavy conditioning on both raspberries and blackberries. The raspberries are brighter and more dominant on the nose; the blackberries add a darker, slightly earthier note underneath, and together they give the drink a vivid pinkish-gold colour in the glass. On the palate the tartness arrives early, with the berry fruit filling the middle. The lactic sourness from the base fermentation and the natural acidity of the fruit work together rather than competing, and the finish is dry and clean with a long fade. The body is light with moderate carbonation, keeping it from feeling heavy despite the fruit load. A limited-edition entry in the Jelly King range.
