Where BLÅ leans floral and LYSERØD reads as a rosé alternative, LYSEGRØN is built around a green tea core — Sencha with added citrus, Earl Green and jasmine — with Darjeeling providing structure and orange peel for aromatics. Organic grape juice adds a soft fruit base and helps the carbonation carry. The result is genuinely complex. The aroma opens with citrus minerality and green tea — bright, a little grassy, with orange peel in the background. On the palate, lemon grass and citrus come forward, with a Darjeeling tannic dryness that arrives on the finish and lingers in a way that's more wine-like than most AF alternatives manage.
