The range positions itself at the hotel, bar, and event market — small glass bottles designed to be poured straight over ice without any prep. The Strawberry Daiquiri is their take on the classic rum cocktail, made without any alcohol and without the blender. The flavour is genuinely fruit-led: strawberry puree makes up 14% of the liquid, with lime juice at 8% and a small hit of pink grapefruit for sharpness. There's also peach puree in there, which softens the tartness and rounds the whole thing out. Sucralose brings the sweetness without the calorie hit of a full-sugar version.
