About This Drink
Remedy Mixed Berry follows the same 30-day SCOBY fermentation as the rest of the range, converting all starting sugar into organic acids. The three berries are joined by hibiscus tea, lemon juice, and a natural caramel flavouring. The berries sit together rather than competing. Blueberry leads with a mild, slightly earthy quality; blackberry adds depth and a darker fruit note; strawberry rounds the edges. Hibiscus tea contributes a gentle astringency that also deepens the colour toward burgundy, while lemon juice provides enough sharpness to keep the flavour alert. The caramel flavouring adds faint background warmth without sweetness. Carbonation is fine and persistent. The fermentation character is quiet, and the overall profile is dark-fruited and tart rather than sweet. Of the Remedy range, this sits close to Wild Berry in character, though the berry combination here reads slightly jammier. It's one of the more approachable entries in the line.
