Remedy Black Cherry sits alongside the established Cherry Plum in the range, focusing on darker cherry rather than the Kakadu plum tartness that defines that variant. The 30-day SCOBY fermentation converts all starting sugar, and erythritol plus stevia balance the flavour at the end without adding sweetness from sugar. The cherry reads deep and slightly jammy, closer to black cherry juice than fresh fruit. The fermented tea base adds its usual mild tartness and acidity, which keeps the flavour from sitting too heavy. Carbonation is lively on pour. It's a straightforward dark-fruit option within the range. The cherry character is clear and the fermentation is well-integrated rather than intrusive.
