About This Drink
The HOLOS Organic Sparkling Tea range sits alongside their fermented kombucha line but is a different kind of drink. There is no SCOBY, no live culture, and none of the vinegary tartness that divides opinion on kombucha. Instead, these are lightly carbonated teas enriched with agave inulin as a prebiotic fibre source — clean, structured, and noticeably drier than most shop-bought soft drinks. Three flavours make up the range: Cucumber Mint builds on oolong and green tea with cucumber juice and fresh mint; Rooibos Ginger uses a caffeine-free rooibos base with ginger juice and warming spice; Jasmine Hops pairs jasmine green tea with Citra hops for a floral and tropical citrus combination. All three are certified organic, vegan, and free from artificial sweeteners.
