Fre Sauvignon Blanc is an alcohol-free wine from California, made from California-grown grapes using traditional winemaking before the alcohol is removed via spinning-cone columns and vacuum distillation, a process that draws off the alcohol from the wine at reduced pressure. The style is classically characteristic of a California Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose, the wine has green grass and soft tropical fruit aromas.
