About This Drink
Jukes 8 - The Rosé was among the first releases in the Jukes Cordialities range, following the initial launch of the white and red expressions. The concept behind the range comes from wine writer Matthew Jukes, who developed the recipe with the explicit aim of achieving the palate weight and dry finish associated with fine wine, without using dealcoholisation. It is not a dealcoholised wine: fruits, vegetables and herbs are macerated in an organic apple cider vinegar base sourced from a producer in Italy, with Provence and the Mediterranean coast as the flavour reference point. Each 30ml concentrate bottle is designed to make two servings when mixed with still, sparkling, or tonic water.
