Jukes 8 - The Rosé is Matthew Jukes' alcohol-free take on a modern rosé, built on a base of apple cider vinegar rather than grape wine. The drink is pasteurised, heated briefly so it stays stable in the bottle. It is floral and perfumed, delicate and refreshingly crisp, finishing dry. The flavours draw on the wild countryside and Mediterranean coastline of Provence, the region whose food and wine inspired the recipe. Jukes also makes a sparkling version of this rosé.
