Proxies Dry Cider is an alcohol-free cider produced in Canada by the US drinks brand Proxies. Its base combines verjus (pressed unripe grape juice) with apple concentrate and white grape concentrate. An aromatic extract blend including quassia bark and chamomile among its botanicals shapes its flavour. Fresh apple and tart apple skins are the primary taste, with white flowers, French oak, and a brioche character alongside.
