Grapefruit Grace is an award-winning alcohol-free cocktail from The Mocktail Club, a Belgian maker that also produces Rhubarb Rush. It is made with fresh juices, botanical infusions, and distilled herbs, which are herbs steeped and then run through a still to draw out their flavour. The result is a bitter drink, with vanilla rounding out the grapefruit character.
