REAL Blush is an alcohol-free sparkling tea made in Buckinghamshire from First Flush Peony White Tea, harvested in spring. It is slow fermented, and the pink colour comes from the tea itself rather than from added fruit or flavourings. The result is dry and lightly sparkling, sitting in a similar space to a sparkling rosé.
