Zeronimo Century Blend stands apart within the Zeronimo range by drawing on a production timeline without precedent in the non-alcoholic wine category. The blend, 50% Blaufränkisch, 30% Pinot Noir, and 20% Merlot, is sourced from Mittelburgenland vineyards with vines over 60 years old. After 24 months in French oak, the wine spent a further 18 years in bottle before undergoing dealcoholisation via vacuum distillation with patented aroma recovery. The first edition ran to 2,500 bottles.
