Curious Elixirs is an alcohol-free craft cocktail brand founded in 2015 by J.W. Wiseman in the Hudson Valley and produced in Marlborough, Ulster County, New York. Wiseman began the project at home in the Hudson Valley after a night out in 2012 prompted him to drop his alcohol consumption by 95%. Curious Elixirs was among the earliest alcohol-free ready-to-drink drinks to reach the market, and it created the world's first alcohol-free craft cocktail with adaptogens.

Every drink is developed by a team of herbalists, bartenders, and food scientists. The brand infuses its range with adaptogens, plant compounds drawn from herbal traditions, alongside aphrodisiacs and organic fruit juices. Botanical ingredients used across the range include rhodiola, gentian root, kanna, holy basil, American ginseng, and shatavari root. Curious Elixirs uses organic extracts throughout and sweetens with coconut nectar in place of sugar.

The range covers alcohol-free craft cocktails alongside lagers and wines, with one new drink added each year. The business is family-owned and has reported a sales increase of more than 450%.

Curious Elixirs runs Club Curious, a sober speakeasy in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and offers a monthly cocktail club. Most drinks in the range are considered safe for consumption during pregnancy. The brand sells direct from its own website.
