Sauvignon Blanc
Zero-alcohol Sauvignon Blanc from South Australian dry-grown vineyards, dealcoholised after fermentation and finished with grape skin extract for added texture and depth.
About This Drink
The Plus & Minus Sauvignon Blanc follows the same winemaking approach as the rest of the Fourth Wave Wine range: South Australian grapes from dry-grown vineyards, alcohol removed after fermentation, and grape skin extract added for body and antioxidants. No artificial sweeteners are used. Sauvignon Blanc is a variety that depends heavily on its aromatic qualities — passionfruit, tropical fruit, green apple, herbaceous notes in cooler-climate examples. The dealcoholisation process can strip these back, so the grape source and handling matter. This one comes through with the tropical character intact: passionfruit and citrus on the nose, clean and forward without being overwrought. On the palate it's crisp and direct, with tropical fruit and citrus leading, a soft natural acidity keeping things lively, and a clean, dry finish. The grape skin extract adds a little more texture than you'd normally get from a straight dealcoholised white wine. Vegan-friendly. A straightforward, food-compatible zero-alcohol white that doesn't overcomplicate things.
