The Rose Sea & T is Sea Arch's blush take on their flagship Sea & T canned cocktail. It uses the same Coastal Juniper distillate — built from juniper, sea kelp, samphire, blood orange, and other Devon-coast botanicals — but pairs it with a rose and raspberry-infused tonic rather than a straight Indian tonic water. The raspberry gives the drink its colour: a pale, dusty pink that looks genuinely appealing in the glass. On the nose the juniper and botanical complexity of the Coastal Juniper base is still clearly present, layered over a soft berry note from the tonic. The flavour follows through in the same vein — botanical and juniper-forward with the rose and raspberry adding a gentle sweetness rather than dominating. It is a more approachable, slightly softer version of the original Sea & T. At 18 calories per 250ml can it sits extremely low on the calorie scale, with no sweeteners or preservatives.
