It combines a double measure of Sea Arch's Coastal Juniper distillate — eleven botanicals including juniper, sea kelp, samphire, blood orange, and cardamom — with a lightly sparkling Indian tonic water. No sweeteners, no preservatives, and only 19 calories per 250ml can. It drinks like a proper G&T template. The juniper is front and centre from the first sip, giving the requisite bitterness against the tonic, then the blood orange and botanical complexity of the Coastal Juniper come through in the mid-palate. The samphire and kelp add a distinctive coastal freshness that you don't get in standard tonic-and-gin-spirit combinations. The cardamom lingers on the finish.
