About This Drink
Ginsin Strawberry is Espadafor's fruit-forward take on their botanical non-alcoholic spirit range. Where the 12 Botanics keeps things citrus-and-herb, this one pivots hard toward strawberry and rose, with red fruits dominating from the moment you open the bottle. The appearance is clear with faint lavender-rose and light pink hues. The nose opens on fresh roses and red fruits, with a slight juniper note sitting behind the fruit character. On the palate, the strawberry is forward and sweet, with a light acidity mid-palate that stops it from becoming purely sugary. The finish has a gentle bitterness from the botanicals, which gives it some structural interest and makes it more useful as a mixer than drunk straight. Paired with red fruit tonic or lemon-lime, it works as a summer cocktail base for occasions that call for something pink and fruit-forward without alcohol. Like the rest of the Ginsin range, it's never fermented, so what you're getting is botanical infusion rather than a dealcoholised spirit. Best served with plenty of ice.
