Giesen 0% Rosé Spritz comes from the Waipara region of New Zealand, where the wine is fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures. It is then dealcoholised, made at full strength before the alcohol is gently removed at low temperature, leaving an alcohol-free spritz. The result is juicy and fruit-forward, gently sparkling, with passionfruit, lime and ripe strawberry. Giesen also makes a Sauvignon Blanc spritz.
