Omnipollo Bianca Non-Alcoholic Blackberry Marshmallow Lassi Gose is the non-alcoholic version of one of the Bianca series' most popular expressions, brewed at De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium. The recipe uses large quantities of blackberries and marshmallows alongside lactose and rock salt to produce the thick, sweet and sour profile that defines the Bianca lassi gose format. Honey also features in the brewing process, contributing to the body and tempering the acidity from lactic fermentation. The result is intentionally viscous and dessert-led, in keeping with the high-adjunct character the Bianca range is known for.
