Bianca Non-Alcoholic Space Jam Lassi Gose is an alcohol-free entry in Omnipollo's Bianca series. Swedish in origin, it is brewed at De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium. It takes the form of a gose, a style of sour wheat beer, made in the lambic tradition, which relies on wild fermentation for its characteristic sourness. The beer is filled with berries.
