Surreal Brewing Creatives IPA was the first release in the brand's Creatives series, conceived as a platform for pushing the boundaries of non-alcoholic craft brewing. Rather than removing alcohol after fermentation, Surreal uses a proprietary process that keeps the beer naturally under 0.5% throughout the brew, avoiding the dealcoholisation step entirely. The Kveik yeast at the heart of the recipe is a Norwegian strain traditionally valued for fermenting cleanly at high temperatures without producing off-flavours, and it is paired with an experimental unnamed hop variety to give the beer its West Coast character. As the founding expression in the Creatives series, it represents one of the more technically distinct entries in the brand's alcohol-free lineup.
