Sauvignon Blanc grape juice provides a crisp, herbaceous backbone; Chardonnay adds softer body and a richer fruit note. Pineapple juice concentrate does most of the flavour work, bringing tropical sweetness and clean acidity. Lemon and mint sit on top, giving a lifted freshness from first sip through to the finish. Apple cider vinegar adds a faint tangy edge that stops the sweetness becoming too much. It pours pale golden with fine, lively bubbles. Pineapple is immediately apparent in the aroma with a cool mint note above it. On the palate, pineapple leads, sharp lemon follows, and mint provides a cooling fade at the back. The finish is clean and short. No added sugar, gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan. Contains sulphites.
