About This Drink
Carl Jung Mousseux Riesling brings a single-variety Riesling base to the brand's alcohol-free sparkling Sekt range, with grapes drawn from the Rhine region. Like the rest of the Carl Jung portfolio, it passes through the vacuum distillation method Dr. Carl Jung patented in 1907 in Rüdesheim am Rhein, which lowers the boiling point during dealcoholisation to limit heat exposure to the base wine. Within the Sekt range it represents the classic dry sparkling Riesling expression, distinct from the flavoured and rosé variants in the same sub-range.
