Carl Jung Mousseux Rosé Sekt is an alcohol-free sparkling rosé from the German producer Carl Jung. It is dealcoholised, which means the wine is fermented at full strength and the alcohol is then removed, keeping the character of the original wine. It is fruity, with raspberry and strawberry coming through, a balanced acidity and just a trace of tannin.
