Carl Jung Mousseux Sekt is an alcohol-free sparkling wine from Rüdesheim am Rhein, Germany, produced by Carl Jung GmbH. The Carl-Jung-Methode, a patented process of removing alcohol from fully fermented wines, is used to make it from a white wine cuvée. Semi-dry in style, the wine has a fresh character and long-lasting bubbles. The aroma is subtle, and the taste carries light apple with fine spiciness.
