Carl Jung Merlot is an alcohol-free red wine from Germany, made as a varietal Merlot from grapes grown on sandy loess soils. It is dealcoholised, meaning the wine is made at full strength and then has its alcohol removed. Ruby red in the glass, it carries a fruity aroma of blackberries and a light tannin grip. It pairs well with game, red meat, stews and strong cheese.
