Carl Jung's The Herby is an alcohol-free white wine from Germany's Rheingau region. It is de-alcoholised, meaning made at full strength as wine before the alcohol is removed. Fresh herbal extracts of oregano and thyme join a touch of ginger, giving it a light, herbal character rather than a plain white. It is lightly fizzy, and best served cool at 6 to 8 degrees.
