Padstow Brewing Co is an independent, family-run micro-brewery on the North Coast of Cornwall, founded by Caron and Des Archer in January 2013 in a converted surf shower. The pair started with no brewing knowledge, no premises, no equipment, and no staff.

The brewery sits on the outskirts of Padstow, with two tasting rooms in the town centre. Malt is sourced from Warminster Maltings. Gluten is removed from the brewery's beers using an enzyme called Brewer's Clarity, bringing gluten levels to below 20 parts per million. On the environmental side, spent grain and hops are donated to a local farmer as cattle and pig feed, and a heat exchanger recycles waste heat back into each subsequent brew.

The brewery's alcohol-free range was developed in partnership with Cornwall Air Ambulance and takes the form of a hazy pale ale suited to sober-curious drinkers. The wider portfolio spans lagers, pilsners, sour beers, and gin, with over eight core beers alongside seasonal releases; a lager was also created in support of the Fishermen's Mission.

Beer writer Pete Brown has written about Padstow Brewing multiple times. The brewery supplies pubs and restaurants around Cornwall and across the UK and beyond, operates two tasting rooms in Padstow town centre, and sells direct through an online store. After 12 years in business, founders Caron and Des Archer have announced plans to retire, with the brewery seeking a buyer while continuing to operate as usual during the transition.
