Salcombe Distilling Co is a British gin and rum producer, established in 2015 in Salcombe, South Devon, with an alcohol-free spirits range alongside its core distilled lineup.

Co-founders Angus Lugsdin and Howard Davies met in 1995 as sailing instructors at Salcombe's Island Cruising Club, a connection to the coast that shaped the distillery's home: a former boathouse on Island Street, among the few distilleries in the world navigable by boat. Building began at The Boathouse in 2015, and the first gin was released in 2016, distilled using a copper still named Provident. A pink gin followed in 2019. Master Distiller Jason Nickels leads production.

The distillery runs a Gin School and a Rum School where visitors can learn about distillation on site, alongside a bar at The Boathouse.

The alcohol-free spirits and aperitifs, aimed at sober-curious drinkers, are produced using a rotary vacuum still, meaning the alcohol is removed without stripping flavour, drawing on the distillery's gin-making methods. This range, sold under the New London Light name, launched in the US on 1 January 2021.

Salcombe runs an environmental programme in partnership with the Marine Conservation Society, launched in June 2021: 1% of UK sales goes towards the Society's seagrass regeneration project, and for every bottle of gin sold, 2 square metres of seagrass is protected and regenerated. The company uses 100% renewable energy, works to keep packaging plastic-free, and operates carbon-neutral delivery.
